Payment:

We accept all major credit cards. You may also pay through Paypal. All payments are due at the time of ordering. For custom orders full payment is due upfront before the order will begin to be completed.

Shipping

All items will be shipped within one week of order placement not including weekends. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. All items are handcrafted and have a turnaround time of 2 to 3 days (may take longer during holiday seasons and with larger orders). Once completed you will receive an email notifying your order completion and items will then be shipped with a tracking number. Please double check all shipping information before order placement. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items.

Refunds and Exchanges

All sales are made to order and therefore final. If an order is cancelled within 24 hours of placement a full refund will be given. After 24 hours the process of creating your order has already begun. All orders are shipped with tracking therefore we are not responsible for any lost or damaged items.
